Value for the moneyI’ve ordered hats and hair ornaments from before- and many of them arrived in an envelope and smashed beyond recognition. This is small enough that it arrived unscathed. It’s cute and was perfect for a 1920’s party. It’s nice enough that it could also be wore with a non-costume outfit.
